Small Steps: Creating The High School For Contemporary Arts

A 2007 PBS documentary - Two time Academy Award winning filmmaker Barbara Kopple follows students, staff, and parents through the first four years of the High School for Contemporary Arts, an experimental "small school" housed within one of the most dangerous schools in the Bronx. I was hired to restructure (and edit new material into) an existing 3-hour rough cut & produce a 90-minute fine cut for broadcast.
