Neighborhood Slice

A 2015-2016 - NY Emmy nominated! - documentary series (airing on NYC Life) chronicling the evolution of New York City’s unique neighborhoods through the eyes of those who have lived there the longest. Each half hour episode features New Yorkers who've been a part of the fabric of their communities for decades in neighborhoods across the city. I combined around 25 hours of interview, verite, and archival footage (per episode) to bring the story of the Financial District and Carroll Gardens to life.
