Demon On Wheels

A feature length documentary chronicling the tale of Mike Ondish – a daredevil, bootlegger, and master mechanic, razing hell through the Catskill Mountain’s in his 1968 Mustang at upwards of 150mph. Repeatedly chased by state police, and given an ultimatum by his family, Mike decided to put the car, and himself, in hiding. 35 years later, the demon has returned. I was hired to create a 30-minute first act for exhibition (and additional fundraising) - combining interview, verite, and archival footage to bring Mike's story to life.
